Good morning everyone.

Yesterday’s food intake was good until I got home from work…but not as bad as it’s been.  I’ve ordered Chike Protein Coffee. I’ve never had it and I’m looking forward to trying it out.

B- Oatmeal, cinnamon and ground flax

Regular day today, work and home.  Excited as tomorrow I weigh myself and there is a very good chance I will find myself in Onederland for the first time in over 12 years! Amazing!

4.75 months post op

b - premier protein shake

s - smart for life caramel almond bar, xl decaf coffee, egg muffin

 l - mixed vegetables, meat

s - plain greek yogurt with sf cherry flavouring and sucralose, handful almonds

d - bacon wrapped chicken bites (thank you for recommending these Karen), wax beans

s - psyllium egg wrap with pb and nsa jam

all water and vits

Good morning all,

Second day back to exercise (got my ok to start cardio). Yay! 

B: protein coffee and grapes

S: queen street bread and peanut butter

L: turkey bacon and asparagus soup

S: unsure

D: unsure!!

But the happiest part is being able to exercise again!! I"m already sore. LOL Marathon clinic has begun and I can join in fully. Woot!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

No snow right in Toronto. Just very cold winds. The buildings make great wind tunnels. Walking back from swimming yesterday was very cold. Had a bad night last night. Ate and drank badly. Feeling bloated today. Back on the wagon. Going out to a pot luck tonight. Would actually rather just stay home where it is warm but I said I would be there. I am taking deviled eggs because I had a lot of eggs in the house. Other than that I have no idea what I will eat.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

l chili, yogurt

s almonds

d 1 egg and whatever is lean protein or salad
