I feel so incredibly grateful to have been given this tool. I feel like my whole life has changed, for the better.

I am so glad I didn't wait longer to finally admit, and be honest with myself in needing help.

Its been 20 plus years of dieting, sabotaging, torturing myself, and doing awfully unhealthy things in an attempt to lose weight.

And now that's all history. I finally feel in control. 63 lbs in 10 weeks. Just amazing. I'm a tad emotional this eve, but I just feel so grateful!

I am so grateful for your sharing along the way. I am still waiting.....have a couple more meetings then they will move me on to the surgeon....It is so hard waiting but when I read your posts I see the end result and it motivates me to try harder and keep going. I am glad you are doing so well and your accomplishments are amazing.

That is so awesome to hear Jennifer. Such a great accomplishment. My surgery was November 20, 2014. I seem to be on the same track as you. (Following your posts) With any luck, next month I will be joining you in Onederland.

Yay! It feels amazing, doesn't it? Good to hear you're in high spirits! I know for me, the first 5 weeks were pretty tough, but by week 7-8, I was feeling amazing, and still am. Keep it up, and thank you for the kind words.

Referral sent: April 17th 2014. HRRH gave me my Orientation date: June 19th 2014. Orientation: July 10th 2014. Received my first surgeon's appointment: August 25th 2014. Surgeon's appointment scheduled: September 12th 2014. Dietitian and Social Worker and Dr. Glazer: October 6th 2014. Nurse: October 7th 2014. Surgeon appointment October 22, 2014. Surgery scheduled: December 19, 2014

Thank you so much!!! I almost can't believe it. It feels like yesterday I was prepping for surgery. It does all happen so quickly. Such a life changing tool. Very happy!

I'm so frikkin Happy to read this post Honestly , well done darlin ! And you sound so Happy and excited ....which of course makes me happy and excited ! Lol .... You're such a strong and inspiring person ( from what I've learned in our communications on here ) , and make me feel even more confident and encouraged that I can do this ! Happy to be following you my wee chick !
