Exercise
Well my daughter and I both joined Curves yesterday and today is the first day of our new work out program. I was a Curves member in 2013/14 and lost 25lbs only to get a Gall Stone and then put back on all the weight when I couldn't go to Curves while recovering. Hoping this time goes better. I now have support to help keep me going. One thing for sure is that when I have my surgery I hope Dr. Starr removes my gall bladder, but I'll have to confirm with him when I see him again. Bring on the New Year with all its changes.

Good for you!! I used to go to Curves years ago, absolutely loved it. So much so, that when I went to visit my dad in Florida, they transferred my membership for the duration of my stay so I could attend in Florida. It's a great place to work out. People are super friendly...in the USA too!
Keep up the good work!!!
I can't wait to get back to the gym myself. Have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis = painfully not fun!!
