What are you eating/Doing today (Tuesday)

Good morning everyone. Eating went well yesterday until I got home ... every effort to make today better. I’m off to the walk-in clinic. I’ve been sick since before New Year’s and I’ve had a painful sty in my eye that’s been very swollen for the last 4 days. I grossed my students out yesterday, so its time to get it checked out.

Brekkie & snack- 35 gm of protein in powder in 2 c 1% milk

Lunch- 1/3c of spinach dip

Snack- 1/3c SF butterscotch pudding

Supper- 4 leftover coconut shrimp from Swiss Chalet with sour cream

Snack 1/3 c 1% milk

Hey everyone I'm just here been in meetings all day long didn't do much excerise but food is right on point

B shake 35 gr pro
S tomato and cheese and two slice of Turkey 26gr pro
L shake ,add with soya milk as I was travelling at that Tim 35gr pro
S one pickle cooked ham 16gr pro
D soup 13 gr pro
S veggies

Trying my best that's all you can you. You fall off the wagon jump right back on with support don't do it alone it's hard. I need people who understand my journey
