What are you eating/Doing today (Tuesday)
Thanks Karen. It's not great news, but running and a specialist will make me all better (or will slow down the process).
I got my mom an iPad for Christmas. She's so cute on it. Hasn't figured out getting apps yet, but we FaceTime each other and she FaceTimes the kids too. It's hilarious, because we only see the top of her head, and she has very shaky hands, so it's a bit nauseating. I told her to prop it up on a pillow (she doesn't have a cover yet). Technology and the older folks...hilarious!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
That is hilarious! I have yet to teach them how to FaceTime but in thinking about it, I'm sure it will be equally hilarious with my parents. My dad is the worst as he HATES talking on the phone but has many IT questions and subsequently has my mother ask me. Those particular phone calls are long and ridiculous. LOL
Keep me posted on your endo experience, it's great information for all of us.

Good Morning All,
Kelly, sorry to hear of your calcium problem. I hope you can get it under control somewhat so it doesn't progress quickly or go any further. Awesome on 20K not bad for pacing... :)
CC, no problem, hope you enjoy the burgers as much as I do. Sometimes, I mix it all up and make little meatloafs with it in my muffin pans. It tastes the same, just a different shape...lol
I am home today, tidy up day, alittle laundry. Not sure how far the doggie walks will be as its -21 here with windchill. I will end up carrying Jasper alot because his little feet freeze...

Good morning all. Sorry about your calcium problems. I also have osteopenia but I was borderline before the surgery probably due to age. My mother had it later in life as well. I am having it checked yearly now. I would be interested in what you endocrinologist suggests.
Went swimming yesterday. It is had to dry my hair so had a frozen head walking back to work. I will try to force myself to do my bike tonight. I need to put a movie on to distract me from biking in a basement instead of out on the streets. I am working off a little re-gain. Also detoxing from too many carbs lately.
