Hello there! I've just joined today and have started Optifast today. My surgery date is Jan 27 in Guelph with Dr. Bhojani.
The site is very enlightening and it would have been great to have known about this sooner. I only heard about it from a fellow participant at a Craving Change workshop.
I am truly looking forward to all the positive changes to come in my life.
