Running late today....

B-  protein coffee, 1 soure greek yogurt 1 halo

S egg muffin

L- 3 oz greek turkey burger,1/2 c garden salad

D same as lunch

S tea

be well everyone

Tanya where do you get your Greek turkey burgers, they sound tasty and healthy.

Hi CC, I make them, ground turkey, a little salt and pepper, chopped garlic as mush as you like, (I like lots) Club House Greek Seasoning, and some feta. You can add egg and bread crumbs if you like but I don't, ground turkey is moist enough. I just pan fry with alittle olive oil or cooking spray.

I do this with ground chicken too.

Garnish with red onion and Tzatziki, no bun
