My 600lb life' marathon on this evening

That show makes me cry because I can 100% relate to every feeling they are feeling being that I weigh 604lbs.  I do consider myself lucky that I am still able to walk (no not as far as I used to be able to, or stand as long as I used to be able to.) but I am able to do most things myself still, I guess being 6' the weight is more evenly spaced out? I don't know but I am thankful for small victories being this size that is for sure. But I am working on it. This is a new year and time for lots of changes.

But yes that show I love it, but omg does it make me bawl!

It's an emotional show for sure, and even though my start was not in the 600's, I can relate to a lot of the struggles.

And yes!! Fresh start, new year for both you and I! Changes to come, positive ones.

Yes for sure I know you likely could relate to a lot of the emotions, I think everyone who has weight issues can relate to that show to some extent at least.

I remember watching this show when I was on the wait list.  I cried so much and freaked me out with some of the food they were eating afterwards and having me 2nd guessing my decision for surgery and if would help me as I don't have or didn't have any will power. Well all I can say is I had the surgery May and have not looked back. I have lost all interest in sugar and fast food. I know is could come back  but I love the way I feel now.

Oh by the way the new season does start on January 7th with a special where are they now.

cheers

This show was suggested to me by my Brampton Support Group and I was surprised what they went through.  I am glad that I watched pre and post op!

I can watch this show over and over again.  I am really shocked at Chuck (the one with the wife that leaves after having her own WLS) how he sits down at the office to have the fried chicken and has a bag handy for when he dumps.

I find myself yelling at the tv as well.
