Sorry 2014 was a bad year for you. I hope 2015 is better. I am starting the year off a little weak. Something I ate/dank went through me today like lightening. I will need to keep drinking today to feel better. S I really am not sure what to eat today.
b greek yogurt, granola
s Turkey barley soup, yogurt
I will have to play the rest by ear. I know it will not be a lot except fluids
That's too bad! Sorry to hear that. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Good morning everyone. I hope that everyone survived New Year's Eve without going to far off the rails and if you did, well today is a brand new fresh slate to begin again (how's that for mixing metaphors). Had a fun night last night and tonight promises more of the same. We played some shout out the answer trivia games and this girl has become very competitive. Tonight we are hosting and I have lots of nice cheese and deli meats, meatballs, and sweet treats (which I will try to avoid) for our guests. So today it's lots more house cleaning and preparing the serving trays.
Libra it's so good to see you posting again. I'm sorry that you have had challenges lately and let's hope that 2015 is kinder to us all.
5 months post op
B. Going to try and start this new year off right with some eggs and smoked salmon
S. Lots of decaf coffee
L. smoked salmon and half of a Dream Everything protein bagel with some LF cream cheese
S. Few slices of cheese and 2 meatballs
D. Through the evening I will have some cheese, meatballs, maybe a few olives
Have a wonderful day and new beginning to the year.
For the previous two New Year's Eves, we stayed in with friends and played board games and it was great fun. Also, it's great to host, because as you say, you can include lots of WLS-friendly stuff. I usually found that everyone liked the stuff I was eating!
