Wow! It's hard to believe that it's that close. Less than a week away! The nerves and fear are really starting to set in!

Me too!  I was thinking about you this weekend, Swell -- it was nice knowing that there is someone else who will be having surgery at TWH on the same day.  I felt less alone.  Hopefully we see each other when we are wandering the halls!

I agree, it definitely helps knowing you have a surgery twin! How are you doing with everything as we start to get really close to our surgery date? 

I'm good - tying things up at work (tomorrow is my last day).  Getting very tired of Opti, but only 5 more days of it.  New Year and a new start - I'm excited but also worried about the surgery because I have no frame of reference for how painful recovery will be.  Oh well, onwards and upwards, I guess!  See you on the 5th (or the 6th)!
