I went throught the Ottawa clinic and I know it's probably been quite the wait for you, but congratulations..... Your new life will soon be starting. I found the first few days of Opti absolutely dreadful. I wasn't even sure I was going to be able to handle it but thankfully I found the Crystal Light packets to be a Godsend. :)

Hi Millie, I was out of Ottawa too had surgery in August at the Civic. You are in good hands! Opti was a ***** but after the first 4-5 days you sort of get used to it. My favourite was chocolate opti with a little sf cocoa powder added with a little coconut extract. Blend with lots of ice and wow, not bad at all. Hope your 21 days go by nice a quickly, eyes on the prize!
