I had no problems with the surgery. The pre-op and surgical staff was great (even the students that were observing). The care post surgery was very good as well. I could have gone home a day earlier, but wanted to be sure I was ready with young kids at home.

I have no regrets at all.

Day 1 on Opti for me as well! Jan 16 surgery in Ottawa! So I'll be seeing you there!! 😄

Not sure about the broth. I'm thinking a cup? Day 2 has begun. Only issue is the raging headache I have. (But that's not caused by the Opti-not this soon!!)

Will all be worth it on the end!!

Haven't tried vanilla yet but so far chocolate is going down good!

My day 1 of Opti is January 8 and I am so nervous/excited about my new journey. Keep in touch I know my surgery is a couple weeks from your (mine being on January 30th from HRRH) but would love the support.

Hi my surgery is on January 9 at HRRH, I must say I like the opti not like I thought it would be.

Keep a positive outlook and remember your goals that's helped me a lot when I started eliminating a lot of things from my diet.

Congrats to all you opti peeps!!! I am excited for you.....and so happy to hear that Annie is liking the opti!! I know Dr. Starr loves it. Keep us all posted on the different things you try with it, and check out the recipes on this website. Good Luck and know that YOU can do this!!!!
