Thanks so much! But still a far ways off! I'm 211 lbs, on a 5ft3 frame isn't healthy. My goal is 130, but I'll know when I'm ready to stop and I'm sure my body will let me know as well. I'm trying to not focus on the numbers so much. More how I feel.
