I think 50 pounds is amazing. I can't wait to hit that. I think that is the point I will actually feel like I have lost.  I am down 32 pounds (now 226) but I thought being down 32 pounds would make a bigger difference. I guess I can't complain it's only been a month. I enjoy your motivating posts.

It took me about 40lbs before people really started to notice. Honestly, I don't notice it all that much yet. 32lbs is AWESOME! Keep it up. You'll be at 50lbs lost soon enough.

WOW!  You are doing amazing!  I have been following your posts since surgery and believe me they are really helpful as in what to expect after surgery.  You must feel so much lighter? Cant wait until I get to  where you are

Thank you! I don't really see it in the mirror as much as I thought I may, but I definitely feel lighter. Little things, like I can walk my dog at a quicker speed for much longer without being winded etc.. Love the little things like that! And you'll be here soon enough :)
