What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Good morning all. Back to work today. Still a little tired but figured I couldn't stay off for ever. Need to get some steps in as well. I am meeting my SIL for dinner. It is a greek restaurant so I have put in chicken and tzatziki. Not sure what else .

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

chicken, kale

s pure protein bar

d chicken tzatziki ?

I hear you about grazing, it really is easy to eat too much that way.  The costco samples for example, you try one and before you know it you have tried half a dozen!  Plus it's all free, so it makes it even more irresistible.  I portion out stuff before starting to eat, even at a restaurant, so easy to keep nibbling as you talk...

I love the idea of cinnamon apple cream cheese, I may just try that tonight.  I have some light cream cheese, add cinnamon, sf loran oil apple flavour, few drops of sucralose. I will report back as to whether this worked.  No bagels for me yet but it would be nice on an apple slice or celery for example. Have to go get my car fixed, boo more bills!

d - homemade chicken Barbados made in slow cooker, avocado slices

s - nsa apple cinnamon cream cheese on apple slices, herbal tea

all water and vitamins
