Welcome home, Barb! Your lunch sounds delish - love chicken souvlaki with tzatziki. Come to think of it, I like anything with tzatziki. lol
Working this morning, hitting the gorgeous newly renovated Loblaws on the way home - it's a total treat to walk through that store. lol Not sure what else I'll get up to other than domestic goddess duties and I'm pretty certain we'll be continuing our Breaking Bad marathon this evening.

Good morning everyone. As Karen said "Welcome back Barb". For Karen "Yo, Mr. White" love that show. Finally the contractor came and did his work yesterday, now that couch can be delivered and the entertainment unit, etc. This room just might be ready for Christmas afterall, which truly would be a miracle because we were hoping it would be ready last Christmas.
Today I am going for bloodwork this morning then swimming, chores and out for dinner at a tapas bar with DH and friends. My cold is still hanging in there so I am hoping to get a good sleep in tomorrow morning.
B. I may grab a Tim Horton's whole wheat breakfast wrap with turkey sausage after I get my blood drawn and a decaf
S. Another decaf after swimming
L. Amy's veggie chili with guacamole and LF sour cream
S. more decaf
D. not sure, but I am craving scallops or shrimp
S. SF hot apple cider (what can I say, the cold wants what the cold wants)
Have a good day everyone.
Heisenberg. Do not F with me.
Glad to hear the contractor showed up! A tapas restaurant is wonderful for us WLS peeps, so many choices/shares - enjoy!

Breaded chicken with flax sounds good, is it the first time you tried it? Karen I agree about tzatziki, so good! I have my dietician and behaviorist 4 month follow-up this morning, will be asking them about the emotional issues I have been having and see what they say. Gym this afternoon, taking my dog to the vet, hopefully they can do something for her.

The chicken is delicious - My DH loves it and I have to limit the amount of it I eat
I DO NOT recommend it to those in the losing phase. Too many carbs and calories - you have a window to use....my window is long gone so losing a little slower isnt a issue for me.
TZATZIKI...love it....great on fish too.....and helps keep dense protein from drying out
Ohhh... my bestie makes that cucumber salad (delicious!), except she uses sour cream and adds green onion. I'm going to mention the Greek yogurt to her as a sub, thanks for the idea.
