Well....A great NSV. Christmas shopping is a pleasure this year. I don't have to find a bench to sit on or a wall to lean against every 10 minutes. I'm not breathless and sweaty when I walk from one store to the next. So much easier!!!!

I'm only about halfway to my goal but life is so much easier. I can't wait to see how I'll feel when I hit my goal!
