I started with the recipe from Ontario Recipes by Flying woman I change it depending on what is in the house. CC mentioned a pumpkin one so I added pumpkin spice for one and it was good. I do like the SF maple one the best I think. I also put in extra bran

Afternoon all :)

Busy day - out to a Dr. appointment, stopped in to visit with my parents, went to the grocery store and..... turned my back for a second and my bank card was stolen from my purse. Paid cash at the till so didn't notice, went to fill up my car and OOPS! NO CARD! Gah! I was thankful they hadn't had the opportunity to use it yet. lol Anyway........

8.5 YEARS post-op

- coffee with cream x 2 -

B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake

L - 1 slice whole grain with tuna salad, lettuce, cucumber slices

D - homemade really-thin crust pizza (I have found awesome thin pizza crusts at Metro, made by CuisiChef - 160 calories for the whole crust {I can eat 1/2 at most, so 80 calories} that toasts up crispy and holds toppings well) with pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes, mozz.

S - depends - maybe a Chike protein iced coffee

Have a good one,

Sorry you had the theft. This time of year seems to be worse for it. Glad you caught it right away
