What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone. Today the contractor is supposed to show up, the room is ready for him. Let's hope he doesn't cancel again. Had a wonderful lunch out with friends yesterday and made some good choices and some not so good.
Today it's swimming then home to deal with the contractor.

I started with the recipe from Ontario Recipes by Flying woman I change it depending on what is in the house. CC mentioned a pumpkin one so I added pumpkin spice for one and it was good. I do like the SF maple one the best I think. I also put in extra bran
