Have I entered "ketosis"

I'm not sure if I have entered ketosis I don't have any symptoms... all I can say is the feeling of hunger has gone out the door... I ate two grapes and I feel so bad about it :( anyone else on optifast who isn't getting symptoms? Is this normal? 

Biggest sign that I'm in it is "the breath"... ugh!

The breath is the dead ringer, ugh! 

If you smell you are in Ketosis my breath and body door chanced when I was in ketosis.

You may be in ketosis and just don't notice it yourself.  I don't know if I ever noticed I was in Ketosis myself.  Don't remember noticing.  If the change is gradual, you may not notice it.  Kinda like when you start losing weight, if it weren't for the scale and tape measure, you wouldn't notice (that one I do know****il you find yourself pulling up your pants every 2 minutes.

Thanks guys okay so I went out and bought ketostix to check if I've entered ketosis.... I haven't... I have been doing nothing wrong... The only thing I really have is my soup and my shakes during the day so I took a look at the soup I'm drinking it's 120calories omg! I gave all the cans of soup I bought to a food drive because I couldn't return them. I don't even want to drink any soup while taking the shakes at this point... Will I even be considered for surgery  if I haven't entered ketosis?

If you want to be sure, you can buy Ketosis sticks at the drug store. All you do is pee on them and it tell the story!
