What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone. Well you guessed it, I woke up at 1:20am and couldn't get back to sleep. I have now ordered gifts online for my family abroad, so I guess the time was productive. Today it's swimming, more household chores ( I have to get the room ready for the contractor that is coming on Thursday) and a very definite nap.

S. Fit Frappe protein hot chocolate
Have a great day everyone.
Morning all :)
CC, I hope you were able to get back to sleep!
Up early today despite not being a work day but it's good to keep the routine (or at least that's what I'm telling myself thus far). House "stuff" to do today, perhaps a little shopping, will stop in for a visit with my parents, other domestic goddess duties as assigned. I seem to have irritated my lower back somehow, it's been achy for over a week. Boo hoo.

Good morning. I meant to go swimming today but forgot my bag. I was standing at the door thinking I was forgetting something. My memory is just shot lately.
So will have to go for a walk later and maybe a yoga tape.
At our pot luck last one one of the members brought bells with her. She is musical and can pick out notes if she knows a song. So she had 8 of us stand and if she pointed at us we were to ring the bell. We played a couple of carols. It was so much fun. She was amazing.

Still working on that split pea soup, it really hits the spot on a cold day like today. I made it super thick so it is more like stew consistency and thus more filling. Cheap, good, easy, my kind of a meal!
