Pre Op Appointment Complete!! Optifast Weight loss!!
Yay! Today i had my pre op appointment! Now the count down begins for Dec 12!! I can't wait but I'm really nervous!
I also got weighed today! I lost 13 pounds in my first 10 days of optifast! And 10 more to go now! Hopefully I will lose another 13 pounds! It hasn't been as hard as i thought it would be! Yay!

Congratulations on the Opti weight loss! That's awesome! There has to be an upside to drinking something that smells (to me) like wallpaper paste. 
I start Opti on Dec. 15th -- I'm looking forward to the early holiday present of some good weight loss too!

Hey I go into surgery the same day! Proud of you girl for getting through 10 days of opti!! I'm in day 5 and loosing. my. mind! I'm totally feeling the same way...nervous but excited! Sending happy NSV thoughts your way!!!

I feel hunger many many many times throughout the day! And cooking for my kids doesn't help at all. I am trying to get used to life without the foods that used to make me feel sane and sometimes it's a loosing battle lol!
