Hi Pat -- thanks for keeping this list!  I just found out that my surgeon will be Dr. Urbach at TWH (still scheduled for January 5th).

I found him very illusive. Only met him once 10 minutes before the surgery but I have never had a problem with the work he did

He was your surgeon too?  Good to know that he did a good job (fingers crossed that I experience the same!).

Yes he did my surgery. I am almost 3 years out and no problems
