Mmmm was craving red meat, figured I would give these meatballs a try. Topped with a tiny amount of tomato sauce, and some fresh parm. Delicious! Yes, I could only finish 3 of them, but feeling satisfied. The best oven ready meal I have had since surgery.

Got 50 more in the freezer. Should be finished those in about a year.

Serving size - 6 meatballs

I have the same ones in my freezer, still have not finished the box, they are very filling.  I like them best with PC San Marzano tomato sauce, omg that sauce is good - part of the PC black label collection. Also great if you add a little parmesan cheese on top.

I will have to check out that sauce! And I did have a little fresh parm on them. Definitely filling!

LOL OH I remember opti! I swear when I was on it, I could smell what someone a mile away from me was having for lunch! My senses were so hightened!

I am doing good, been sleepy lately, more than usual. Really wanted to start exercising, and purchased a beginners yoga package off groupon, but was told I had to wait 16 weeks before I could try yoga!! So that bummed me out a bit... I was anxious to get started.

Turkey pepperettes are delish too! OK, no more food talk!  Keep rocking on that OPTI girl, soon your day will be here!!!
