And eats for today! Happy Thanksgiving in the sun! Turkey dinner is my absolute fav.
Getting the fixings for beef stew ready for the crockpot momentarily, a few errands to run including a trip to Costco, laundry, Andrew is coming for dinner (unless he has a cold, then he can keep his germs at home thankyouverymuch), will stop in at my parents' for a visit, not sure what else!

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -
B - Premier protein shake
S - Source Greek 50, a few grapes, handful of almonds
L - 3 oz tuna/mayo/onion/celery, 1 slice whole grain toast
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - beef stew
S - likely just chai tea, maybe coffee

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Have a great dinner. Sounds like a great menu. I was going swimming today but managed to forget my bathing suit which was right at the front door. My DH has offered to bring it downtown for me but I think that is asking an awful lot of him. Downtown traffic is horrendous. He would then have to get to North York for work.
I am suppose to help make candy tonight. Oh joy! Must not sample

Omg I love turkey dinner as well, yours sounds awesome! Maybe it's time for me to make a small turkey and divide and freeze the meat. Oh my, now I am hungry too! Lol
