What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)

I get wings after every race I do. I can usually get in four, and maybe another two later on in the day (usually it's a lunch thing). I don't like beer, but have a few sips for pictures LOL.

It's fun that you're having American Thanksgiving. I would love to be down there celebrating with someone. I should crash a friend in Jersey sometime. I'm sure it's a lot different from the way we celebrate.

I agree, the Hunger Games was not great. I understand from a dollar amount point of view, putting the last book into two movies, but man it's hard to explain the politics of the book in so little time and keep your interest. The next one should be better.

Have a great day and enjoy Thanksgiving!!

Just work today, blah! My goal is to stay in the moment and treat myself well emotionally and physically despite the stressful work situation.  Tonight the gym to let off some steam.  Twisted my knee pretty badly in the middle of the night last night getting up to let the dog out.  Felt like it popped out of place or something. Still feels not right this morning.

Thanks, it made me laugh too!  My knee is sore but functioning ok.  It felt like it just popped right out of the joint.  Good reminder of how lucky I am not to have severe pain all the time like before. Very grateful.

My right knee does that regularily. A physio suggested just relaxing the leg and slowly straightening it. It is a weird feeling

It really hurts and my knee would not bend.  Yes, it did feel very weird.  I will try that next time.  I just panicked this time and started wiggling my knee all around, probably made it hurt more.
