Morning all. 

Back to work today. Slow going, but i'll get back into it soon enough. Have an appointment with Home Depot to talk kitchen renos. Lord help us through this!!

B: quest protein bar, protein coffee

L: pulled pork and quinoa

S: say cheese cheesecake

D: pork tenderloin and a few roasted potatoes

Not sure what else. The total for above are lowish for me, but i'm not exercising (boo), so I best keep them low.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
