Good morning everyone.  Barb your menu looks good, it is hard to dine out, especially if the restaurant doesn't post or update their menu online.

Today I have swimming in the morning then lots of errands to do.  I am hoping that my strategic ally will be at the pool, I always work harder with someone else keeping up their cardio and making waves.

4 months post op

B. Chike protein coffee

S. Another Chike after swimming

L. Chicken Chili with a little cheese and Low Fat sour cream on top

S. Chocolate Peanut butter protein shake

D. Cajun BBQ Shrimp

S. If it's anything like last night, a cup of tea then fall into bed.

Have a great day everyone

Morning all :)

Barb, it is really hard to eat totally on plan with meals out with friends, holiday get togethers... you've got the right attitude in maintaining your loss at this point 5 1/2 years post-op. Enjoy! CC, I always look forward to warm poor domination updates - you go girl! Tanya, the wind was howling here last night too, have a good day at work and enjoy a relaxing evening :)

Meeting at work at 11 this morning, will run a couple of errands afterward and maybe (hopefully) squeeze in a hair appointment this afternoon if possible - all of a sudden it is very long and thick in all the wrong places. lol

Eats for today:

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 2 over the morning -

B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake

S - 2 slices bacon, 1 egg, tomato slices

L - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups (3), a couple of cucumber slices

S - Chike protein iced coffee (unless I'm out, just some coffee with cream if I am)

D - 3 oz meatloaf, green beans & mushrooms

Have a great day,

K. :)

Hair does that right?   and, it usually looks great the day I have booked to get it re-styled.  lol

Yeah I know about the maintaining etc....I have just been on a losing roll....its just so difficult to get back in that mind set after allowing more stuff into my daily plan.

Hair is a complete ***** at times and rarely cooperates or behaves itself. ;)

I hear what you're saying about the "losing mindset" - it is extremely important. I think I've never really lost that mindset and still have it, despite being in maintenance for several years. It's pretty much a mind game I play with myself daily I guess.

Karen I was talking with Chike last month and starting in January they are switching from tubs to bags.  I dislike the bags, so I will be keeping the tub I am currently using to dump the bag into.

Good to know, thank you. I too will be keeping a tub around for storage. The bags will likely help in shipping though, which is great. :)
