New updated pic :)
Great job. You're loss is almost identical to mine. I started out at surgery weight of 231, and i'm now 5 foot 1 and and a bit (lost almost an inch after weight loss somehow). I had lost 90 pounds by 9 months out. The next 10 were the hardest!! I reached goal at 13 months out. Good luck with reaching your goal and maintaining!!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
It's good to let the scale go for a bit. Especially at this point when the loss slows down.
I was shocked that I lost height!! I remember trying to figure out why that they wanted to measure my height again, AFTER surgery, because I figure before surgery was to gauge my BMI. But they told me that a lot of people lose height, some from the padding under your feet. I did have fat feet!!
