What are you doing/eating today ( Thursday)

I hear what you're saying, but at over 5 years post-op isn't what you're doing just "living life"? Non-surgery people of generally "normal" weight do the same things - eat well, have a treat or over-indulge occasionally, get back on the straight and narrow - rinse, repeat. That is life and you are living it WELL.

Good morning Barb and all. Enjoy your golf today. Congrats on the loss. 20 lbs is amazing. I am still working on mine and yes I too self sabotage. I probably would be fine at this weight. I just do not want t to get higher so keep reminding myself I need to lose. Not sure if that makes sense but as the deep dark winter approaches I need something to stop me gaining.

I am off to get another knee injection today. I will take the ice to freeze this time. The gel hurts like hell going in. My dogs walk tonight will be short. He actually likes the cold. He is originally from the Moosenee area. Me not so much

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

l chili, sf pudding

s simply bar (do not like as much as pure protein)

d ham/pea soup, yogurt

s 2 baby bel
