What are you eating/ doing today (Wednesday)
Another day at the office. Got to love the cold weather (not). Already had my first fall of the year (damn icy sidewalks) and let me tell you, less padding on the butt makes for a big-time OW!!! Damn, I didn't realize how much padding I had back there pre-surgery! ;)
Today's Noms: (4 1/2 months post op)
Breakfast: 3/4 cup of Hi-Lo Protein Cereal, 1/2 cup of 2% milk (forgot to buy more skim).
Snack: Kay's Natural Protein Pretzel Sticks (1 serving)
Lunch: 2 ham & cheese roll ups, spicy pickled vegetables
Snack: 1/2 Clif Bulider protein bar
Dinner: 3/4 cup chili, 6 baby carrots

S- MVP Vanilla Shake w/ added Frozen Blueberries
L- 1/2 cup Healthy Request Veg Beef Barley Soup
S- 15 Veggie Straws (those things made from potato flakes, I needed a crunch and they melt down to nothing)
D- Baked Ricotta
S- MVP Vanilla Shake w/ Banana
Cals- 772 Protein- 86
Your menu is looking great again, Laurie. I almost hate to say this - the Veggie Straws, they may melt down to nothing, but they also sure do melt down to "nothing GOOD for you".
