1 day down....
20 more to go! Today was day one of my optifast, from reading all the scary things about vanilla opti (I had no choice in the flavor ) I was scared to try that first sip...to my surprise I found it was pretty delicious and not as terrible as a lot of people make it seem, am I the only one who thinks that? Lol
I didn't find it all that bad.
I flavoured mine with coconut extract, raspberry Torani SF syrup, or caramel SF syrup. LOVED all three of these. I know you can also add a tsp of cocoa powder to the vanilla to make it chocolate; our centre recommended that when they couldn't get any chocolate flavour Opti in during this past summer.
Wishing you luck on the next 20 days! It'll FLY right by!

Hi, I am on day 7 of opt, and I am pleasantly surprised by the experience. Do not mind the taste of vanilla, (Guelph had no chocolate at the time) not hungry, which is weird...I have been adding crystal light, just a third of a pouch, with lots of ice.
So, you are not the only one who thinks that...
