1st Fitness Goal Reached
One of my reasons for having surgery is to be more active with my kids, namely cycling and skating. Last night my husband and I went down to the Harborfront Skating Rink.... And skated for over an hour without a break. Woot woot! May not sound like much, but normally after being on skates for about 10 minutes my feet felt like they were breaking. It was darned cold though so I had to call it quits. Can't wait to go back next weekend with my whole family!
Excellent! Congratulations! That is a huge NSV!
I'm looking forward to trying to skate this year for the first time in YEARS! Should be fun!
