Good idea to ask whether the new shake is ok, there are lots of them out there and they are not all the same.  Some are made of inferior types of protein, so beware.  I am not familiar with that brand so I could not say. Since surgery I have really used the premier shakes and the bulk powders from bulk barn.  Tried a few others but those are the preferred ones so far.  I hear you about getting sick of chocolate, I too wish they would get vanilla in regularly.

The Kaizen shakes have excellent nutritional stats, definitely on the yes-list.

Welcome to the thread. I find even at almost 3yrs out scrambled eggs hard to digest. I do not know why but poached seemed to work better

Welcome to the thread, Laurie! Your menu looks great. Eggs sit heavy and can be really pretty *****y in your gut when they choose to be. The nice thing is, you now know a go-to protein source that will fill you and keep you satiated.
