It was a 46" on October 19th, today it is a 37.5! Measuring is IMPORTANT! I will do it more often

On another note, Next week is my one month follow up at TWH, anyone there on the 19th?

Woooooooohoooooooo ! That's so awesome ! Seyenna and I were just talking last week about the measuring thing !! I need to get measuring tape ,don't think Hubby's big metal construction one will do the job ! lol

Yeah I'm there on the 19th too. I've lost 41 pounds in under a month had Rny on October 21.
