So happy the weekend is finally here, been a looonngg week. went for a nice long walk outside today, all bundled up so only my legs were cold. My winter jacket from last year is way too big so the wind sometimes gets under it though. I think I will put a fitted fleece hoodie on underneath for extra warmth in the future. Went to the cpap doctor today and he told me that he would like to test me to see if I can get off the cpap or at least reduce the pressure significantly. He was really pleased that I had lost 75 pounds since my last test, he told me "you lost a supermodel!" lol funny guy! Felt good to put it in perspective how far I have come.
