What are you doing/eating today (Saturday)
Hi there! Today was a mess-up food day. Ended up out of the house all day (unplanned) so I didn't have my meals pre-thought out or made.
Breakfast: Cheddar cheese stick, 3 baby carrots and 1/4 of a Quest bar.
Lunch: Charcuterie plate (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, goat cheese pickles, roasted peppers, fresh bread) Only had a couple of slices of each meat and some cheese and pickle (okay, I had 2 bites of the bread ... it was warm. You can never resist fresh, warm bread). Lots leftover for tomorrow.
Dinner: Chicken satay and Thai beef salad (and ... tons left over for tomorrow)
Snack: A few bites of a Quest bar.
Ugh ... more calories than I should have had. At least there was lots of protein.
