Stricture ?

Hi, I had a sleeve 3.5 months ago. Was doing fine until now. Had a ceasar salad for lunch yesterday, size of my palm, chewed well. Feels like bricks since then and full of air that I can't get out. It's not painful just really uncomfortable

Strictures with a sleeve are fairly rare, but do happen.

Do you mean you still feel that way today?

yes, its still uncomfortable, however all I have eaten since 2 pm yesterday was half a banana. I worked myself up so badly that I am afraid to eat. So now I don't know if I feel my stomach eating itself or something is still "stuck"

It could be any number of things really. It could simply be that the salad is not/did not sit well, it could have been too much, an "off day" for your gut, etc. In my experience with a stricture I was eventually unable to get anything down at all, including water. Maybe try going back a couple of steps with your eating - softs, purees, liquids - and see how that goes. Of course, definitely monitor this and don't hesitate to contact your centre for guidance if it doesn't improve.
