Mmmm.... baked cheese chips. Aren't they delish? I like to scoop up homemade salsa with them. Win-win.

Yes, my favourite is lf swiss cheese made into crackers.  Unfortunately my avocado was overripe and I had to throw it out.  Doh!!  The mystery of the slimcado remains a mystery!

Oh that sucks, doesn't it? I'll look at Loblaws the next time I'm there and pick one up to try too.

I like pretty much any cheese chip, though parmesan gets the crispiest. :)

you just put little piles or small slices of cheese on parchment paper in the microwave for 30 seconds or so, then let them cool down a bit and they become like little cheese chips.  You may have to play around with the time it takes depending on the cheese and your microwave.  I used slices of lf blue menu swiss cheese this time. Parmesan cheese chips are awesome too, omg.  At the loblaws in barhaven in Ottawa they have parmesan chips that they make in-store with a little rosemary added to them. really really good.

Sound yummy. I will have to give them a try sometime! No cheese in the house at the moment.  Thank you for sharing!

Lmao.....it's a hard food to keep in my house.  I do have cheese strings! I stocked up on them when I went to the States. I keep them hid in the freezer lol

The Loblaws by me here in Mississauga also makes the parm chips in-store and sells them by the deli. I was delighted to discover this about 2 months ago. Saves me the time in making them (I bake mine in the oven, not the microwave) and they are delish. However, they only seem to have parmesan and I have been craving sharp old cheddar, so I'll have to make some of my own too. May give the microwave a try, thanks for the tip.
