Have a question for the myfitnesspal fanatics.  What would the percentages for Carbs/Proteins/Fat be for a 1200 cal/day meal plan?

Moving on doesn't mean you forget about things.  It just means you have to accept what happened and continue LIVING

During the weight loss phase, many people try to stick to a 40/30/30 ratio - 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs - I think that's what you mean?

Crystal82 - on myfitnesspal, when you want to edit your goals, it should show you your total calories/day, and the percentages for carbs, protein, and fat.
