If it continues the next couple times. Try the pill.  Won't necessarily work for birth control now (with the malabsorption) but it does help with the pain and flow.  Not sure if other methoods do the same.

Unfortunately the pill is not an option for all women - age, other health issues that would contraindicate the use of the pill such as blood disorders, risk of DVT, etc., and some women don't want the hormonal imbalances the pill can cause or the weight it can cause you to hold onto.

Yeah, I've never done the pill' for multiple reasons :)

I was takino the pill before surgery and after and my periods were horrible pain wise and bleeding my doctor took me off the pill saying it can cause some bd symptoms after a weight loss surgery...... so personally i wouldnt reccomend the pill.... i hope it gets better for you
