Good morning all. Got my shot in the knee yesterday. Hurt like hell while going in but fine after. Have 2 more to look forward to. Need to take it easy so no exercise today just work. Too soon to decide if the shot helped or not.
Today is DH's day off so he is making dinner. He is not sure yet what he wants to make so I will have to add later.
I need to start eating more variety. So may look at some recipes or go through old what are you eating posts for some inspiration

I think I am snacking too much looking for something interesting. I guess just a bit of a rut. I like my chili but sometimes when I see what others are eating it sets up a craving for things I would not normally eat. So I need to find how I can have these things but with better ingredients. Good thing I like to cook
Hmmm, is 12 weeks out the 3 month mark? If I go by actual months then I have another week or so to go. How did you measure this?
