Good morning everyone. Enjoy your lazy day Barb. I am sure after all that golfing your body needs it.

Tanya enjoy your day off.

I am off to work shortly. I will probably bike in. There will not be many days left when it is okay weather wise. Going to TWH tonight for support group. My husband will pick me up so no biking home. I do not like biking in the dark.

When I was of last week I did some cooking for the freezer. So with not going home I have things to grab that I can microwave at work. This batch isn't quite as good as usual. I didn't realise the pork hock I used was not smoked. Makes a big difference I think but it is still hot and filling.

Morning all :)

Was out early to a Dr. appointment and found out from my doctor that I am scheduled for a gradual return to work starting on November 24th! It would have been nice for them to let ME know. LOL I am rather thrilled with this date, not only is it a re-start to getting back to "life", it's also my birthday - perfect day to begin again. :)

Had a wonderful time at lunch yesterday with Libra AND a very entertaining cawfee night - it was great to see and meet all of you! Vicky, if you are reading:

Not much else on the go today, out later for a good-bye get together for a friend who is going back to L.A. after having been here for 4 years combined with another friend's birthday, should be fun.
