Tanya, I can honestly say that aside from a particularly hot humid summer a few years ago that I have not been warm in 8.5 years. LOL

2 cloves raw garlic minced finely added to hot chicken broth every 2-3 hours until symptoms improve. This always helps me but you will smell of garlic, only drawback. It also tastes amazing. Sometimes I add fresh lemon juice too, and that tastes really good as well. also recommend a hot bath with Epsom salts if you have them. Eucalyptus oil is great in a bath, as are lavender and tea tree oil. Hope you feel better soon.
Fasting glucose blood test this morning so only water until that is done. Well I am embarrassed to say that the yard did not get done yet again, however, I did get my gym workout in and felt great afterward, more energized. I know I just need to get started and I would be motivated but for some reason it is really hard. I am going to resolve to do one thing toward cleaning the yard, one little step. Bought a slimcado avocado last week for the first time, and, after eying it all week, it is now ready to be eaten. Supposed to have 35% less calories and 50% less fat than regular avocado. Curious to see how it tastes compared to regular avocado.

s - half a protein bar, premier protein shake, calcium/d
l - slimcado avocado mashed with fresh lemon and oregano, lf swiss cheese "chips" made in microwave, calcium/d
s - more slimcado and cheese if it tastes ok, if not then turkey cabbage soup
d - 1/2 fillet garlic herb tilapia with homemade marinara sauce, a few cucumber slices
s - herbal tea with milk and sucralose, 1/2 egg flax mini muffin
before bed: omega, vit d
