Work Travel post op is VERY VERY hard
I agree with the other ladies in regards it is too early & ask for fridge & go to a store. Try adding Mio or crystal light to your water. It does not hurt with additives. I used to live in Austin & gastric bypass is quite common so it should be relatively easy to find stuff. My concern is Metamucil. It is a pouch clogger. We need to use benefiber post op. Inulin fiber is not a pouch clogger.

I'm sorry to hear you're finding it so hard. I don't think it had to be that way. I am sure you didn't expect to be able to eat off a menu at 2 weeks post-op, so I'm wondering what you did to plan for meals in advance? Did you bring protein powder with you? Or visit a local store for yogurt or something on plan?
I hope it gets better for you, I'm sure you'll be very glad to get home.
