Up too early again - which makes me go to bed too early also. Hard to break cycle. Lots on the go today.

B - Eggbeaters omelette
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar
L - 2 ham and pickle roll ups
D - 7 oz sea bass - grilled
green beans - 1/2 cup
1 tsp of butter for the beans
S - Dannon light and fit greek yogurt with 1 TB of granola
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,073, Carbs - 59 Grams, Fat - 39 Grams, Protein - 127 Grams

Feel like I am maybe starting a cold so took extra b12 and d. Think I need to up my water as the flax has a dring effect.
11.5 weeks post op
b - premier protein shake, b12, vit d, multi, xl decaf coffee, later... 1/3 flax egg 'muffin' this time I replaced the oil in the recipe with us applesauce and it worked very well, calcium/d
s - cottage cheese mixed with a sf grk cran-cherry yogurt
l - beef chilli, calcium/d
s - Greek yogurt mixed with sf cran cherry grk yogurt
d - turkey cabbage casserole leftovers, a little Parmesan cheese
Before bed: omega, vit d
Sorry you are not sleeping Barb. Always makes me cranky. Really mild today. Wish I could have biked but it is suppose to rain later so took transit.
I haven't used my treadmill for a while so may try to get on it later.

Meeting a wonderful OH friend for lunch today AND coffee night in Mississauga tonight, have to run a couple of errands, What a complete joy and relief it is to have the car - I wake up each morning and think, "I don't really have to go anywhere today, but if I WANT to I can" LOL
8.5 years post-op- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -
B - unsweetened applesauce (1/3 cup), Premier protein shake
S - 1 slice toast, 1 oz old cheddar, 2 slices bacon, tomato slices, a little full fat mayo
L - omg, I don't know! I've studied the restaurant menu and apparently everything looks fabulous lol I will look to my friend for direction as she's eaten there before! Maybe the Insalata Calebrese.
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - leftover lunch OR my old stand-by crustless quiche
S - coffee with cream at cawfee night, a small protein snack if needed when I get home
Barb, sorry about your sleep schedule mix-ups - at least you're sleeping by going to bed early when you're getting up so early. Tanya have a good day at work, Zizzler I hope you fend off the cold, Pat glad to see you posting and glad you didn't kill husband (yet) since you're not incarcerated. lol
