What are you doing/eating today ( Friday)

All I can say is wow, so much has changed in the 2,5 months since surgery.  I have so much more energy, I feel like socializing, my confidence has gone up, I feel hopeful.  My knee feels really good, still some pain after a workout but only 10% as bad as it was a year ago when I started this journey at 291lbs.  More active than I ever thought would be possible again, truly grateful for this surgery.

10 weeks post op today!

b - premier protein, multi, b12

s - xl decaf coffee, baby banana, handful of almonds

l - cheese string, cheddar cheese with 2 melba toast

s - handful almonds with baby banana, xl decaf coffee...later vitamin water zero, calcium/d

d -1/3  leftover thai chicken kabob with a little mashed potato and rice pilaf

s - oatmeal with skim milk sucralose, baby banana

before bed - omega, vit d, calcium/d
