Good morning everyone.  Barb I am glad the scale is being kind to you, those are some serious protein numbers.  My eats are still sporadic with all of the day tips with our visitor.  Last night was Swiss Chalet, today is a trip to Toronto.  I have 2 Quest bars in my purse and lots of water bottles in the car, more restaurant outings but I will try the eat protein first.  Swimming this morning then it's Toronto bound.

3 months post-op

B. Chike before swimming (I have ordered some more from Chike as I have gone through 1 tub in 2 weeks and my visitor only brought 2)

S. Another Chike after swimming and a half a Quest Bar

L. Not sure it will be at a restaurant, hopefully some shrimp

S. Decaf coffee and another half Quest bar

S. More decaf and another half Quest bar on the road

D. Late dinner of leftover Swiss Chalet Chicken and a small amount of mashed potato.

Not the best eats for the day, next week should be better and back on routine.

Have a great day everyone.

Enjoy your golfing Barb. CC enjoy your swimming and Tanya enjoy the gym. I am off for a walk soon with the dog but it will not be a long one. I need to get moving a bit more this week.

For 20 yrs i have been trying to find out what is wrong with my knee. I finally found out yesterday. I have two meniscus tears, old one in the back and newer one in the front. As well as a lot of arthritis. The funny thing is my doc had tried to refer me to a rheumatologist last spring. I finally have one for January. She referred me to a surgeon and I have an appointment Thursday. Sure easier to get in with someone who wants to cut me. I am not looking at having surgery but will get an opinion as to what is possible with out replacement.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

l chicken and salsa

s chocolate protein shake with buttermilk, coffee and syrup Made this yesterday and it was great

d stew with carrots

Going to stay in tonight and relax for a change, did some walking at lunch and on my breaks so that will have to do for today.  Yesterday's workout was pretty intense and my side hurts a little today, best to give it a little rest.  Eating was right on target today, although I did forget my premier protein.  Had a protein bar instead.
