Morning all :)

Barb, I know exactly what you're saying about the challenge of finding clothes that truly fit well. A couple of pounds (either way) at this weight makes a rather large difference. Good idea to wait a little and then try clothes again.

Have a doctor appointment late afternoon, other than that just house stuff and a little prep cooking.

8.5 years post-op (long-term maintenance)

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -

B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake

S - apple slices dipped in Source Greek 50

L - small whole wheat wrap stuffed with 3 oz roast chicken, cucumber, red onion, tomato, feta, tzatzikik

S - likely Chicke protein iced coffee

D - chicken stir-fry

Have a great day everyone,

K. :)

Barb. I can't believe the difference 5 pounds makes. It's pretty ridiculous. At the point where I am right now, it doesn't change my clothing size, just how it looks. I can't believe i'm one of those chicks who gets aggravated with a few pounds and feels "fat". But there are those days for sure!

I might do a spin class at lunch today. Shake up my legs a bit. Lucky for me, I feel great again.

Meeting some WLS friends for dinner tonight. Yay!

B: Queen Street bread and natural peanut butter

S: quest bar

L: pulled pork and quinoa

S: premier shake
