Tomarrow i will have completed 2 weeks of optifast  but as of today sunday i have lost 12lb is that normal? because i was expecting to lose more avice please before i lose my mind

Wonderful for you!! 

Everyone is different.  I've seen some people who lose 20 lbs and some who lose 5 lbs.

The post immediately before you is someone who just lost 12lbs on optifast as of today...seems like a magic number
