What are you doing/eating today ( Wednesday)

Back to reality with eating. Although, tonight is a birthday party. My friend is having a chef to her house for her hubby's 50th birthday! He is making gourmet pizza. I will have the toppings mostly. No cake.
After a few days of rest, i'm ready for my massage today at lunch. Won't be relaxing, but necessary!
B: Queen Street White Bean bread with 365 natural peanut butter

L: pulled pork and quinoa

D: gourmet pizza slice
Totals: Cal: 1,175 Carb: 82 Fat: 52 Protein: 112 Fibre: 26 Sugar: 6 (I couldn't really find gourmet pizza on MFP, so it counts for 323 calories and such...but I don't think it will be more, most likely less).
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
HI All, Still fighting this cold. So used it as an excuse to be lazy and not bike to work. Need to get moving. Do not think I will make it to group tonight. I keep falling asleep. My son is a Scout leader. They had apples left from Apple Day so I ended up making a donation and getting a bag. I will be eating apples for snack for awhile. I have been using a regular yogurt lately and need to get back to the greek one. This one does not have enough protein in it.

Spent most of the day on lock-down in downtown Ottawa due to the shootings, just got home now. Scary exhausting day, just glad to be home in one piece. No idea if it will be safe to go to work tomorrow. Still feels so unreal what happened today. No gym tonight, I am completely exhausted and will probably turn in early.
